Mortgage Deed
A mortgage deed, sometimes called a deed of trust, is a document that gives a lender legal right and interest in a property. There are certain requirements that must be met when a mortgage document is executed. A borrower is pledging his home as security for a loan, and the mortgage deed represents the lender's ownership rights in the property.
Sale Deed
A sale deed is one of the most valuable legal documents in a purchase or sale of a property! It is governed by the Registration Act and is an important document for both the buyer or the transferee and the seller or the transferor. The purchase or sale of property is not legally complete until a sale deed is signed between the buyer and the seller. Usually a sale deed is signed only after both the parties are satisfied and comply with the terms and conditions as said in the agreement.
Transfer Deed
The use of deed transfers is common in all quarters of the world. Essentially a generic term that encompasses all types of transferring a deed from one person or entity to another, the deed transfer is a means of ensuring that buying and selling property is kept within the standards set by the laws of the country where the transaction takes place. Here are some things to keep in mind about the process of deed transfers, as well as a couple of examples of deeds that may be transferred.
The transfer of a deed is intended to move the ownership of some sort of property from one entity to another. This may be from one person to another, from one business to another, or any combination of the two. A deed transfer allows the new owner to be able to claim full rights and responsibilities to the property in most cases. However, there are some examples of thedeed transfer where the rights of the new owner may be limited or qualified in some manner.
