The Allotment of Plots for the purchaser is based on First come First serve basis and on the following payment schedule and the booking process. Site Visit will be arranged at any time either before payment of booking or after.

Payment Schedule for Pre-Launch of the Project:

On Booking                        - Rs. 1, 00,000/-

Within 30 days                  - 50% less booking amount

On Registration                  - Balance amount

Booking Process:

• After receiving booking amount, the chart will be prepared on total application received and matched with the availability.
• House Sites will be allotted on first come first basis for the application received and remaining application will be kept under waiting list.
• The notice will be sent to eligible applicants to make the 50% of total amount less booking advance within 30 days from booking date.
• Buyers who are paying the entire amount on booking stage will be allotted plots based on their preference on first come first serve basis.
• Applicants who are not paid the amount in stipulated time will get cancelled.
• Registration expenses is to be borne by the applicant.
